If you would like to make a donation, or pay for your Smith PTA membership dues, please use the forms below to submit your information.

NOTE: We DO NOT store your payment information, at any time, and will not share any of this information beyond the appropriate committee members in order to account for your membership payment and processing.

1) PTA Membership Payment 

Use this section to pay for individual membership dues for each person, per year. Enter your student or student's names in the box. After you click "Add to Cart", you will be able to adjust the quantity if you are paying for 2 memberships (2 parents = one membership per parent or guardian) or just 1 membership (one parent or guardian). There is a $0.50 surcharge for online membership payments to cover credit card processing fees. If you wish to avoid the $0.50 fee, please complete the membership form and bring your form + payment to the Smith Front Office.

2) PTA Donations (Additional or Direct Donation)

Use this section to make a donation above or in addition to the membership dues. Once you click the "Donate" button you will have a chance to select the amount you'd like to donate and if you want to make it a monthly recurring donation. Many parents have requested the ability to make a donation that gets processed monthly, instead of one-lump sum. For example, if you wanted to donate $100 for the school year, you can break down the $100 into equal monthly payments of around $11/month.
